Returns, refunds and warranty claims go through the store where you bought your ApudArmis set, under that store's policy.

Before you send a set back
| Pack every piece back into its own carry bag. | |
| Count the blocks, balls, wickets or pins against the rule sheet. | |
| Photograph any damage when you first open the box. | |
| Keep the outer box until you have played the first game. |
Many problems have a small fix — a spare pallino, a set of wickets or a screw kit — so it is worth asking before you return a whole set.
